Robert is selflessly spending a couple weeks in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico this year. Doing his best to lessen the cost of dental visits.
While in Mexico, Robert also gets to visit his childhood friend Ali, who runs a Mediterranean restaurant and is raising two daughters. Oh, there’s also lots of clay court tennis and Thanksgiving dinner with the jet set. Just sayin’.

Last night the Pierces attended a fun production of Moliere’s The Miser put on by DIY Theater at the outdoor theater at St. Columba’s Episcopal Church in Inverness. Fun! Take a sweater.

The Pierce family is back from their US road trip summer vacation in Oregon. Sailboat racing on Klamath Lake, fireworks in Medford, farm stay at Circle-G Ranch in Applegate Valley, one night in the doggy spa for Russ, go-karts, and some good Italian food, Mexican food, and pancakes. Thanks to the Klamath Yacht Club for its hospitality and food! Special thanks to Sue and Danny, and the Hobie class for awarding Mira with their annual pitch pole trophy.
Mira got lots of experience with capsize recovery this week in Oregon. She even got a trophy for it!
