Once a month or so, Robert enjoys what he calls his “Chicano breakfast.” While all the younger and paler members of his household enjoy their Sunday waffles, Robert sizzles up a pan of chorizo and eggs.* Once on his plate he gobbles them down with a bottle of ice cold beer.
